The International Dreamboat Certification Program (IDCP), is a Hague-based organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the principles of Hunkiness. 

After passing a rigorous jawline and abdominal test, prospective candidates must demonstrate the ability to woo a woman in passable Italian, rescue a kitten from a hungry cobra relying on nothing but good looks, and possess a bank account with a minimum of one zero for each inch of  **** length*.

This shirt is sold on the honor system. We simply don't have the time to do background checks on everyone, so please be honest. If you haven't been certified by the IDCP, you may not own this shirt.
