Anyone who has grown up in Southeast Michigan, Northern New York, New England, or Washington knows the special role that Canada plays in a young man or woman's 19th birthday. If you don't get the design, it's perfectly fine, it just means that you have the misfortune of living too far from our buddies to the north and their liberal drinking laws.

If you are a freshman from out of state, you should plan on heading across the border for your 19th. Just don't wear sandals, Windsor is filthy.
